Extended Warranty for Toyota Corolla

Putnam Toyota, through Toyota Financial Services offers your vehicle an extended warranty with a Toyota Extra Care Vehicle Service Agreement. These protection plans come in three different levels, Platinum, Gold and Silver. The Platinum plans represent new car bumper-to-bumper warranties, and your vehicle must be brand new to qualify for this coverage. The Gold plan is a stated warranty, while the Silver plan represents power train coverage. All Toyota warranties come with additional benefits, and based on your needs, we'll help find the right plan for you.

Toyota Basic Warranty: 36 months/36,000 miles (all components other than normal wear and maintenance items).

Toyota Powertrain Warranty: 60 months/60,000 miles (engine, transmission/transaxle, front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, seatbelts and airbags).

Toyota Rust-Through Warranty Coverage: 60 months/unlimited miles (corrosion perforation of sheet metal).

Emissions: Coverages vary under Federal and California regulations. Refer to applicable Owner's Warranty Information booklet for details.

Toyota Accessories: For accessories purchased at time of the new vehicle purchase, the Toyota Accessory Warranty coverage is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the vehicle's in-service date, which is the same coverage as the Basic coverage of the Toyota New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

For dealer-installed accessories purchased after the new vehicle purchase, the coverage is 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date the accessory was installed on the vehicle, or the remainder of the above 36 months or 36,000 miles Basic coverage from the vehicle's in-service date, whichever provides greater coverage, with the exception of car covers. Car covers are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not assume any coverage under the Toyota New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

For customer (non-dealer)-installed accessories purchased after the new vehicle purchase, the coverage is 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first), from the purchase date of the accessory.

You may be eligible for transportation assistance if it’s necessary that your vehicle be kept overnight for repairs covered under warranty. Please see your Putnam Toyota dealership for further details.

For complete details about Toyota's warranties, please refer to the applicable Owner's Warranty Information booklet or see your Putnam Toyota dealer representative.

Hybrid-Related Component Coverage: Hybrid-related components for hybrid vehicles are covered for 8 years/100,000 miles. The HV battery may have longer coverage under emissions warranty. Refer to applicable Owner's Warranty Information booklet for details.

For additional Toyota Extended Warranty Information, please ask your Putnam Toyota dealer about our Toyota service plans and how our extended warranty coverage can help.

Research Reviews for Toyota Corolla

The 2010 Toyota Corolla comes in five trims: Standard, LE, XLE, S, and XRS. The principal powertrain is a 132 horsepower, 1.8-liter dual VVT-I engine, matched with a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. An added powertrain, available only in XRS models, is a 158 horsepower, 2.4-liter VVT-I engine with a five-speed manual or new five-speed automatic transmission. All models come standard with front, side-impact and side-curtain airbags, ABS with brake assist, and whiplash protecting front seat active head restraints. New for 2010, Vehicle Stability Control with Traction Control is standard on all models.

"Undeniably, the 2010 Toyota Corolla is a reliable, comfortable and fuel-efficient option. It was one of the best selling vehicles of 2008, and is also a top pick among compacts in our 2009 U.S. News Best Cars for the Money." - U.S. World and News Report
