We bought a 2023 Toyota Venza from Putnam. We interacted with Seth Pagel. We were very impressed with the transparent pricing. Before making a trip to the showroom, he sent us a detailed breakdown of the price, handling fees, DMV fees etc. The amount we paid at the dealership was the same down to the penny. No hidden fees or surprises. After all the paper work was done, Seth spent a good 20-30 minutes with us explaining all the car settings, setting up CarPlay, Toyota Connect etc. Much appreciated.
